10 things to do when taking a photobooth photo
- Gather your friends/relatives
- Queue up nicely
- Choose your props (don’t take too long)
- Wear and adjust the props in front of our liveview screen
- Position yourself and everyone towards the center of the screen
- Look at the camera on top of the screen
- Smile!
- Check the photo review screen to see if you’ve blinked
- Get ready for the subsequent poses (if required)
- Return the props and collect your printout

10 things that can screw up a photobooth event (in no particular order)
- Delivery transport broke down.
- Cargo lift broke down.
- Power blackout
- Photobooth Camera malfunction
- Photobooth machine malfunction
- Photobooth printer malfunction
- Studio Flash malfunction
- Paper jam + Ink torn
- Heavy winds at outdoor event
- Last minute changes to service timing
All these and more had happened to us before so it’s important to have backup equipment and as well as a great support team.

- Requesting to match a Groupon rate
- Asking tons of questions and then total radio silence
- Not getting a reply despite following up
- Same person asking for latest promotion every other month
- Marketing company spam calls
- Last minute cancellation despite numerous confirmations
- Asking for actual print design without service confirmation
- Blue ticked on Whatsapp
- Total dead radio silence
Not sure if it’s a local Singapore culture but we have so many urgent quotation requests and after rushing to reply, vanished without a word of thanks or acknowledgement.
